New Maitland Hospital
Waco Kwikform were tasked with the design, installation and removal of 26000m2 of scaffold plus a 2500m3 birdcage for the development of the New Maitland Hospital which ultimately serves to create better hospital facilities for the local community in aide of reducing wait times and being able to service more patients.
Lendlease Control Tower
Waco Kwikform managed the design, installation and removal of scaffolding around a new control tower, including a support birdcage and multi skinned scaffold to match tower façade shape. Due to the nature of the tower base design, Waco Kwikform engineered a complex design solution, utilizing scaffold which was largely free standing and had multiple loading bays from 14-27m high and hoarding entrances to the base
IMB Bank building in Wollongong
This new, purpose-built office for IMB Bank in Wollongong will accommodate staff currently working from the Bank’s Crown Street Office and enable the consolidation of operations spread over multiple locations, as well as cater for future growth.
Chau Chak building for Lendlease
The Dr Chau Chak Wing Building is the first Australian building to be designed by the American Frank Gehry, one of the world’s most influential architects. The building is a key facility at the University of Technology in Sydney, providing teaching, learning, research and office accommodation for the UTS Business School.

Viva Energy Australia Pty Ltd
Viva Energy’s Geelong Refinery began operations in 1954. Today it’s one of three refineries remaining in Australia, employing around 700 people & contractors from the local community, and supplying over 50 percent of Victoria’s and 10 percent of Australia’s fuel.
Kwinana Power Station Demolition
A major industrial demolition and remediation project of the Kwinana site. The scope of works includes demolition of a 140-metre chimney stack and adjacent boiler house structure down to foundation levels.

Sunshine Coast University Hospital
The new $1.8 billion 450 bed tertiary teaching hospital at Kawana was designed by Architectus Brisbane in association with Rice Daubney Architects and built by Leandlease.
Queen Street Brisbane – Façade Replacement
Waco Kwikform provided an all-up access solution for the removal and replacement of damaged cladding at a 16-level office building in Brisbane’s CBD.
Bodangora Wind Farm
Waco Kwikform was engaged to carry out repair work to wind farm components such as hubs, towers and blades which were damaged in transit to site from Europe. We dispatched a multi-discipline team of IRATA Rope Access Personnel and NACE inspectors to carry out surveys of the installed towers, as this would identify the required paint repairs to the 33 towers in total.
Curtis Island LNG Processing Plant
Waco Kwikform supplied access solutions for new construction works on the LNG Jetty and permanent buildings. The job required approximately 250 tonnes of system and tube & fitting scaffold, along with scaffold labour for erection and dismantle.
