Lendlease Control Tower

Waco Kwikform managed the design, installation and removal of scaffolding around a new control tower, including a support birdcage and multi skinned scaffold to match tower façade shape. Due to the nature of the tower base design, Waco Kwikform engineered a complex design solution, utilizing scaffold which was largely free standing and had multiple loading bays from 14-27m high and hoarding entrances to the base

The Tower separated RAAF and Newcastle Airport towers which allowed both airport and RAAF to operate at higher capacity.
