Our products are manufactured to Australian Standard AS1576 and the company imposes a rigorous inspection and testing regime on its hire equipment to ensure that the equipment retains the quality necessary for it to be used safely time and time again.
Our inventory of over 6 million stock items is subject to Waco’s quality system (accredited to Quality Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015). As an original equipment manufacturer, we ensure all equipment is maintained to the original product specification.
At the end of each hire, each piece of equipment is inspected, cleaned and, where necessary, repaired or re-furbished before it is returned to the dispatch area to be used on another project.

Our national pool of skilled scaffolders has been carefully selected, to ensure that only personnel with a strong understanding of operating & safety systems and a commitment to Waco's high expectations for service delivery are employed.
All persons undertake a Pre-Employment Medicas and are VOC’d prior to employment to ensure skill set and suitability for project work. We provide all uniforms, PPE and WWH equipment so that each person is a self-sufficient operative.
Our management, design and estimating teams work together with sites to understand and work collectively with the client plan so that the access solution is delivered safely and cost effectively. We maintain a catalogue of all drawings of works. Shutdown and outage works are periodically reviewed to reduce future planning times and ensure correct supply of materials and a sound understanding of labour costings.
