Waco Kwikform has been awarded the role of Major Station Outage provider for all scaffolding works at AGL Loy Yang. This appointment spans a three-year term and includes both boiler and turbine outage scopes.
Powerhouse Parramatta
Powerhouse Parramatta represents the most significant investment in cultural infrastructure in New South Wales since the Sydney Opera House. It is the first time a NSW cultural institution of this scale has been established in Western Sydney.
John Hunter Hospital

ANU Jaeger Building
The roof replacement works for the ANU Jaeger Building were part of the larger hail remediation project following severe damage caused by the 2020 Canberra hailstorm. Waco created a custom access solution to safely encapsulate the entire roof.
White Bay Power Station
Waco provided scaffolding and labour to help stabilize, preserve, and clean a disused coal-fired power station in Sydney’s inner west, ensuring heritage consultants could safely assess elements for retention in there development.
Old Parliament House
Waco Kwikform supported the Capital Works WP2.3 Program to undertake the Chamber Roof Replacement over the House of Representatives and Senate Chambers in the historic Old Parliament House Building.
Somerset Retirement Village
A complex project involving numerous variations was expertly delivered and managed, demonstrating exceptional adaptability. The project required cranage, which was seamlessly integrated into operations to ensure smooth progress.
133 Liverpool St Sydney
This project has presented unique challenges for all involved, requiring innovative solutions and collaborative efforts. One major achievement was the redesign of intricate needlework, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
17-19 Ivanhoe Pde Apartments
Tackling a project with limited access required strategic planning and seamless coordination. Located on a busy main road, the site necessitated the use of a rear alley for operations. Materials were carefully ferried between trucks to manage backloading.
M1 Pacific Motorway Extension
Waco Kwikform was engaged to deliver all scaffold design, engineering, certification, and logistics across bridges, head stocks, and culverts along a 10km project. With requirements often changing at short notice, Waco demonstrated agility by flexing labour resources daily.
Q7000 Offshore Maintenance
Waco was engaged through Fleet Maritime solutions to support maintenance on the Q7000 offshore oilrig on behalf of Helix. Works were delivered safely in a particularly challenging environment due to tidal movements. The team achieved adherence to program with no recorded safety incidents
RAAF Base Edinburgh
Delivering on a defence site required strict adherence to DCAC protocols and an acute awareness of safety and security mandates. Our team provided engineered scaffold solutions that complied with Lend Lease’s Global Minimum Requirements (GMRs),ensuring support for site needs.
New Maitland Hospital
Waco Kwikform were tasked with the design, installation and removal of 26000m2 of scaffold plus a 2500m3 birdcage for the development of the New Maitland Hospital which ultimately serves to create better hospital facilities for the local community in aide of reducing wait times and being able to service more patients.
Lendlease Control Tower
Waco Kwikform managed the design, installation and removal of scaffolding around a new control tower, including a support birdcage and multi skinned scaffold to match tower façade shape. Waco Kwikform engineered a complex design solution, utilizing scaffold which was largely free standing.
IMB Bank building in Wollongong
This new, purpose-built office for IMB Bank in Wollongong will accommodate staff currently working from the Bank’s Crown Street Office and enable the consolidation of operations spread over multiple locations, as well as cater for future growth.
Chau Chak building for Lendlease
The Dr Chau Chak Wing Building is the first Australian building to be designed by the American Frank Gehry, one of the world’s most influential architects. The building is a key facility at the University of Technology in Sydney, providing teaching, learning, research and office accommodation for the UTS Business School.

Viva Energy Australia
Viva Energy’s Geelong Refinery began operations in 1954. Today it’s one of three refineries remaining in Australia, employing around 700 people & contractors from the local community, and supplying over 50 percent of Victoria’s and 10 percent of Australia’s fuel.

Australian Grand Prix (Formula 1)

Sunshine Coast University Hospital
The new $1.8 billion 450 bed tertiary teaching hospital at Kawana was designed by Architectus Brisbane in association with Rice Daubney Architects and built by Leandlease.
Queen Street Brisbane
Waco Kwikform provided an all-up access solution for the removal and replacement of damaged cladding at a 16-level office building in Brisbane’s CBD.
Bodangora Wind Farm
Waco Kwikform was engaged to carry out repair work to wind farm components such as hubs, towers and blades which were damaged in transit to site from Europe.
Curtis Island LNG Processing Plant
Waco Kwikform supplied access solutions for new construction works on the LNG Jetty and permanent buildings. The job required approximately 250 tonnes of system and tube & fitting scaffold, along with scaffold labour for erection and dismantle.
