M1 Pacific Motorway Extension

Waco Kwikform was engaged to deliver all scaffold design, engineering, certification, and logistics across bridges, head stocks, and culverts along a 10km project. With requirements often changing at short notice, Waco demonstrated agility by flexing labour resources daily. Engineered designs and estimates were consistently turned around within 24 hours, ensuring no program delays. Scaffold components were transported efficiently across multiple gates, bridges, and piers, while all workers completed verification of competency and John Holland inductions prior to site entry.

Key risks included live traffic, active rail corridors, Hunter River works, and extreme weather. Despite these challenges, Waco delivered safe, cost-effective access solutions, strengthened relationships with John Holland Gamuda JV, and earned recognition for outstanding responsiveness and efficiency.
